We needed to have our outdoor faucets and line’s replaced on our older home. Alex was very personable and explained what was involved in doing so and how to go about draining lines for cold weather. Work was done efficiently and work area left clean. We also received a 2 for 1 discount for the interior on/off valve. We liked the 2 year warranty and offer to call if we have any further questions or concerns.

Braden came out to evaluate a plumbing problem. He was very helpful and informative. Much appreciated! Braden came back today and replaced my utility sink faucet. He did excellent work and in a very timely manner. He also did a small fix on my washer hose. I’ve had plumbers in the past, but none can compare to Braden’s work . I will only call this company in the future and will recommend them to friends and family Thank all of you at Benjamin Franklin!

Braden came out to replace our toilet and told us that the old toilet was fixable. It had been leaking for a year and we (not handy people) tried to fix it ourselves. I appreciated his honesty regarding the problem- It saved us a lot of money and we are returning the new toilet. Very knowledgeable, nice and courteous. Highly recommend
