Mike did a great job even when he came back to fix a few things! The floor guys Carlos and his team were awesome! They all worked hard even when I was stressing out they were very kind! Your office staff were so great! I have a new appreciation for plumbers and the work they do! Yes it was expensive but great work! You all were very honest with me and did not hide anything like I felt the other company did! No names of the company will be mentioned ! I pray that they were honest with me and were just backed up! Adam was extremely professional. He did an amazing job installing my water heater! He was on time, very thorough, and he cleaned up everything when he was done. He answered all of my questions and explained all the ins and outs of my new tank. I will recommend him to everyone I know! Trust me, he's the guy for the job! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could ✨️

Mike came out and accessed our situation promptly. He is very knowledgeable and understands the importance of clear communication . I found him very articulate. He immediately came up with a plan and was able to have it executed in a timely manner while making proper adjustments as needed. He has never left our side and ensured we were educated from start to finish on the process while seeing the job through. We are extremely happy with the outcome as a result of his actions taken. Jordan Sellers was also very knowledgeable and helpful as part of Mikes team . He explained all the steps he took. What a wonderful experience! Incredible service! My Mom had a water main pipe break in her front yard and David and Rodney were amazing! She and I had so many questions during the excavation and repair of the pipe and they always stopped and took the time to patiently answer our questions. They also took the time to show us the broken pipe and all the roots inside that caused the clog and the procedure to repair it. We are so impressed with the service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Tony was incredible, too! He was the service person that diagnosed the issue and my Mom said he was so kind and patient! I would give 6 stars if I could! This is service EXCELLENCE at its best!
