Mike England of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came for a house water filter issue we had. He was very personable and walked us through the problems and possible resolutions. He answered questions readily, showed us photos and information about our system. We have to make a decision on what to do in our home, and he made the process less complicated. Jason was friendly yet very professional. He displayed a great technical knowledge of the problem and suggested a repair at a reasonable cost. The job appeared to be to be one that would take 2 to 3 hours. However, Jason ran into unexpected problems. The job took 7 hours, but Jason stayed until the job was finished and all was working perfectly. I have to say that this is the best service of any kind that I have received in a long time.

Knowledgeable of the situation and explained the possible solutions in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. Didn't try to sway me towards one solution or the other that he presented to my situation. Clearly explained what would be done and how. Nice personality and helpful.

Jordan Sellers was very professional during the installation of our water heater. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the work to be done and worked quickly and efficiently. He also contacted the electrician who needed to review the electrical part of the work after the plumbing was done. He also took care to provide a blanket so that the floor would not be scratched, and removed all of the materials at the end of the job.
