We had a serious leak that was not easy to get to, and David Gomez was able to work us into his schedule on a Friday. He did a fast assessment and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was able to fix the leak and replaced the broken fixture with one that will be much better. This was excellent and fast service!

David did an amazing job being thorough. He took the time to investigate the problem and found that the clean out pipe was broken and clogged causing our issue. David’s crew returned today to fix this. They spent most of the day and completed the job. Top notch service!

We were put on standby for an appointment after our water heater's expansion tank burst in the morning. Given the age of our water heater, we decided to replace it. We had a new "tankless" water heater installed by lunchtime, at a competitive price. David and the installation team were very professional, proficient, and kind, and did a great job installing and cleaning up, despite having limited space to work in our messy garage. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Clarksville!

David was awesome! He came out yesterday to look at my problem, and get me a quote. He was back today, and fixed my problem very quickly. He also explained what he did to fix the issue. Originally, I told him I would remount my toilet myself; but he did it anyway. Super polite and professional!
