Love these guys. We woke up with no hot water. We had Pat here in 2 hours. He found that the breaker to the heater was tripped. But, he didn’t stop there. He waited for the water to get hot, which it didn’t. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it under the warranty. Great service and nice guy.

My hot water heater was about to go south on a Thursday so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they were at my home at 8AM on Friday ready to due business. Jim arrived and assessed the situation and in 5hrs time with his assistant they had fixed the plumbing and installed a new hot water heater. From start to finish the installation was perfect and professional . Extremely happy with their quality of work and timeliness. Excellent Job!!!!
