Joe was great and answered all my extensive questions and did not rush me to make a choice. He was very personable and shared professional insight and personal preferences when asked. He demonstrated his career knowledge in a clear understandable manner which was greatly appreciated. This was my first experience with Ben Franklin plumbing and was very pleased with their customer service. Even my pets were happy with their visit and friendliness.

Jon was terrific and professional. I’m deaf so we had to be a little unconventional but he rolled with it happily and got us set up for the service we need. Cody and his crew did very nice work and installation. Everything went great from start to finish, very thorough.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. First of all the prices are outrageously high and I felt like I was always being pressured to spend more money for other findings. The other findings should have been included within my first price of $3,600.00. In total I ended spending $10,000.00 with this company. However, this is not the worst of it. I had my engagement ring of $3,100.00 stolen out of my house. I knew exactly where I put my engagement ring and it came up missing. Edited: Moving Forward, I made a terrible mistake. My engagement ring has been recovered and Benjamin Franklin had nothing to do with my ring being misplaced or stolen. Yes, I did pay a lot for the repairs in my home; however, Benjamin Franklin did a wonderful job with the repairs. I sincerely apologize for any chaos that I may have caused. The review I gave above was out of anger.

Matthew did a great job explaining the process and solutions. He also gave me some personal opinions. I didn’t know how unprepared I was to start. He gave me some insight on what options I have.
