Great attention to detail with the communication about his processes and with his execution of the tasks. Josh was excellent. He explained each step as he went. He was courteous, helpful. He did a super job. Made sure it was all good before he left. Cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with his work. Thank you Josh. The price is high but I'm still happy.

Sam was great! He took the time to explain what was going on with my blasted water heater. When it was time to make a final decision he had no problem waiting a few extra minutes until my husband came home. When my husband was home Sam went over everything again. We picked the heater and the next thing we knew…. Boom it was in! Thanks Sam
