From start to finish, Matt was the epitome of professionalism—prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly walk me through the options needed for both my dryer and water softener, ensuring I understood everything without any pressure. His communication was top-notch, and his polite demeanor made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. Jamie was our plumber and he did an excellent job with communication throughout the job and was very personable. He replaced and installed a new water heater. Everything from scheduling to payment went smoothly and better than expected. We called were able to him out the next day. We got a quote for the water heater and installed that same day. Thank you!

Bryon the tech was great! Not only were they able to move my initial appointment up three days, but from arrival till job completion Bryon was very courteous, professional and friendly. He started by hearing me describe my clog situation and what lead up to what I believe was the root cause. He then suggested a course of action, starting with a visual inspection of the system with his camera. After seeing what was the potential cause, he made recommendations on good, better, best ways to rid the problem. 2 hrs later all the drains were flowing like new! Highly recommend Ben Franklin. Not only this time , but every time I have had the very best service. You are there when I need you and all the techs are highly qualified and very polite. I’ve had service for my AC, furnace, water heater and now my sewer line. THE BEST!! Phone people are super polite and helpful also. I could go on and on. I highly recommend !!!! Also today I had the pipework replaced for my main water. As always, a great job!!

Bryon was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He educated me about my pipes and was honest about the urgency (or lack thereof) about certain services that I may use one day. He was clear about the estimate and what it covered, plus he offered me a free main drain inspection with the visit. I also appreciated the 90 day warantee on the service.
