20+ year old toilet finally broke down. Steve, from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, came to help us through this mess. He was so friendly, capable, and helpful in choosing what’s needed to be done. I have an emergency the night before when my water heater sprung a leak and clogged my water pipe. Benjamin Franklin responded to my call and fixed the clogged that same day. They offered me options in replacing the water heater. The quote they gave me in replacing the traditional water heater to a tankless wasn’t significant price difference. The job included rerouting the gas line and water line to a new location was a fractional more. They were able to start and finish the job the next day to the new location to free up valuable real-estate. The finish job looks great! A+++ Service.

I had Ben Franklin Plumbing come out and upgrade a pair of bathroom faucets. On both occasions the plumber was prompt and got to work without a hitch.
