Baffled! I discovered my water heater was broken at 1pm. LESS than 3 hours later, the old one was out and a new water heater was installed. From first contact to assessment to finish. Hard to believe! Chris and Joseph were fantastic - Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This is my second time using them and I'm more than pleased.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He identified the problem right away and fixed it, then tested the fix to make sure it was done correctly. Very thorough and efficient. I would absolutely call this company again!

I had no hot water the day after our big snow. Called Benjamin Franklin early that afternoon and got an immediate response from Joe. Came came very quickly, assessed the situation and told me I needed to replace my 20+ years old water heater. He explained the problem to me and assured me he could get the job done before dark. The service technician, Chris, knew exactly what the cause was and made the necessary repairs. He was very professional, and it was a learning experience listening to him. Excellent service, especially on a Sunday. Quick turnaround for scheduling and then repair took 1.5 hours less than projected. Definitely recommend.
