Fantastic experience with Holly Springs Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. After our old water heater sprung a leak, we chose them based on posted reviews. After sending in a request we received a super fast phone call and a new heater was installed the very next morning. Chris Jackson was outstanding in every way——called in advance, explained everything and answered all questions, and was extremely friendly and professional. We will absolutely use them for plumbing needs in the future, and you should too.

Matt and Andy came out to my residence today and did a wonderful job clearing the debris out of the drain from my house to the street that was causing my sewer backup. I highly recommend them. Thank You Guys!

I recently had the pleasure of using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Port Saint Lucie, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. The technician, arrived right on time and immediately assessed the issue with our plumbing. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. I appreciated his transparency and attention to detail throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently, and my plumbing is working better than ever. I also found their pricing to be fair and reasonable, especially considering the high level of service provided. I am very impressed with easy use of the website to schedule an appointment and availability to work on Saturday and Sunday. After ordering all new appliances from Samsung and paying for the install they said they could not install it because of needing cut off valves. Chris Lang came in and did a fantastic job installing a shutoff valve and box. He also installed the dishwasher. I am very happy with the prompt service I received.

Brian did a great job installing the water heater, filtration system, and a week earlier a new disposal. He worked from about 10 am to 3 pm on the water heater and filtration system and advised my renter how the filtration system works and changing the filter

Ethan was awesome, he was very professional and polite. He explained everything in detail, which is greatly appreciated. I had a leak in my bathroom and could not get anyone to come out and help me. Every company i called told me that could not come out until Monday or Tuesday, but not Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This company i would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Ethan and Jacob.

James Trifilleti was a very large part of the boiler installation. He was meticulous, and competent. He checked out all the zones and propane appliances for proper operation, and aided with the paperwork. Very satisfied
