Matthew is a fantastic tech that diagnosed our issue and advised us of the necessary repairs. He was very helpful and very customer service oriented. Matthew completed the repairs in a timely manner. Also, Kendra kept us very informed every step of the way and worked with me on Matthews arrival times. I recommend Matthew and Benjamin Franklin to anyone for your needs.

Tech Technician Was Phil was knowledgeable and approachable, answering many of our questions while diagnosing our main problem for needing a replacement for our water heater. He set our expectations for timely repair and costs. It was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Prompt same day service for a hot water heater that needed some love. Due to the advanced years on the hwh we elected on a new one. Jeston and Jonathon made it happen that day much our relief. The entire operation was seamless from the first contact to completion. Professional and personable. We will certainly use Ben Franklin for our future needs.

I had an excellent experience with Travis! He was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable about my plumbing concerns. My water pressure was very low. He found a busted line in the crawl space. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me why i was having these issues in a way that I could understand. He answered my questions about my water softener as well. I highly recommend Travis and Benjamin Plumbing for any or all of your home needs.

Had an outside faucet that needed repair. The technician was very polite and showed up on time after he showed me what the problem was and how much it would cost. I opted not to do the repair, but I will recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing here in Hot Springs. they do an excellent job. I just didn’t want to spend this much money

Have had two different technicians come out two different times and each one was very respectful and honest. I never felt pressured into buying anything. They send out honest technicians and are not salespeople trying to make commission. Will definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again in the future

They out the same day I called to replace my water heater and the guys were professional, kind and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend!

Rad was a great technician. He was efficient, communicative, and helped us get the best deal. Since I was not home at the time of inspection, another family member was, he called me for authorization for each step. He also notified me of the cost before working. I appreciate his services and we will continue to work with him until our plumbing situation is resolved.

Had the best experience with Tristin this morning! I stupidly put too much down the garbage disposal and I had to call Ben Franklin in a panic last night as my husband is out of town and I feared death (a joke but still!). He recommended I wait until the morning and Tristin showed up promptly at 7:30am. That saved me quite a bit of money just by being honest. I appreciate that. I already knew I pulled a good one, but instead of disciplining me he made me feel like it wasn’t the end of the world and treated me with dignity. All in all, it took 45 minutes from start to finish and I have a working, clean system. He even took time to disinfect things and put them back exactly where they belong. That’s a first for me. They’ll be the first I call if I ever have a problem again. Thanks a million, guys!
