I work from home, 2 outside faucets leaking, one with water all over bathroom floor. Called at lunch time, they came early and very meticulous job. Looks better than the old outdoor faucets. Very quick and even told me the process of how to contact someone that can help us with an insurance claim for the possible damage inside the wall. I typically do not service calls, but this was a great experience and will save the number for anything in the future. I hope that technician gets recognition, as he was professional, quick, clean and great work. As a former Marine, good work and attention to detail is critical when I have anyone work on my home.

Tristin Turner was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me comfortable with his approach to my pipe leak. He took pride in his work, minimized demolition, and maintained cleanliness throughout the process, even cleaning all work areas upon completion. Even the office staff was excellent, understanding they couldn't provide quotes from descriptions and photos. They did everything possible to assist with my many questions and set clear expectations. I'm hopeful I won't face plumbing issues in the future, but they'll be my go-to plumber if I do.

Matt was wonderful. He started by helping me get my trash cans up in my yard before he even started to work! My house became complicated as while he fixed one leak he found another which I had suggested there might have been two. The company helped lower cost due to it already becoming a big bill for me. Michelle was even great communicating with through out the day. She was definitely a pleasure to speak with and understanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues! You guys rocked!!

Matt from Benjamin Franklin plumbing was awesome. He explained everything that would be best. I took those recommendations and he and his apprentice Tristan did a fantastic job and were always looking out for my home. I really appreciate the job they did. Thought I had a water leak. It was a Saturday mid day. Benjamin Franklin was ready to help the service charge on a Saturday was more than a weekday, but not unreasonable. Normally I can do this repair myself but I wanted it warranted and by a licensed plumber. Micha our plumber was knowledgeable and found my issue. He had to travel 30 miles to get the part. He fixed me up. Was very pleased with the service.
