I am very impressed with easy use of the website to schedule an appointment and availability to work on Saturday and Sunday. After ordering all new appliances from Samsung and paying for the install they said they could not install it because of needing cut off valves. Chris Lang came in and did a fantastic job installing a shutoff valve and box. He also installed the dishwasher. I am very happy with the prompt service I received.

We're so so so so thankful and grateful for the work Ryan did. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He has excellent customer service skills. He did excellent explaining the work procedures, making sure we understood everything. He went through everything step by step. Ryan ultimately was very sympathetic towards us. Brian did a great job installing the water heater, filtration system, and a week earlier a new disposal. He worked from about 10 am to 3 pm on the water heater and filtration system and advised my renter how the filtration system works and changing the filter

Ryan was very nice but also very detailed in his work. He gave an estimate and explained what needed to be done. He did a awesome job! He even covered his shoes before coming in to do work which I noticed. He cleaned up his area before he left and fixed and installed my bathroom vanity. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin in the future for my plumbing needs.
