I called Ben Franklin Plumbing due to a water leak in pipes/valve and water was everywhere! The receptionist was great and was able to get me on the schedule right away. My technician was Seth and he was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the situation and solution, quoted me (what I thought was a reasonable price under the circumstances) and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and Seth for plumbing work in the future!

I love Ben Franklin Plumbing! We go to them for everything we need related to plumbing services. It is true that they can be pricey with some services but the warranties they provide make up for that. After you become their customer, they are always willing to assist on the fly. Also they are so understanding regarding finances, they will do anything they can to help and those options never result in a reduction of quality service. Also they are very kind and I have never felt uncomfortable with them in my home like I have with other companies in town. As a female, this is such an important quality. They do excellent work and I am always confident in their knowledge. They do not upsell, give me the run around, or take advantage of my lack of expertise. I completely recommend!!

I personally never leave reviews but Michael B was amazing. He came out in the middle of the night was honest about his assessment and worked hard. The job got complicated and he broke a a crucial piece of equipment late in the night but he came back bright and early the next day. His work not only saved me thousands he also stayed after the job to discuss the issue with my home warranty company (he had to do it twice) that was trying not to pay the claim. He also recommended a awesome company to help with the water damage which worked with my homeowners insurance to ensure I didn't have to pay anything to get everything fixed including my carpets, baseboard and vanity. My father in law is a plumber for a local company (I wont say the name) and he couldn't do anything to get this issue fixed but Michael B got it done for a fair and affordable price. He also even suggested future modifications I could make to ensure my home was ready to rent and prevent future issues. This company really saved my behind. I called thinking I had a simple issue, but once Seth and his team checked things out, they determined my sewage line out to the street was collapsing. Seth got the job done as quickly as possible and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I appreciate the hard work from the entire team and will definitely be using Ben Franklin Plumbing in the future, though I hope it's not any time soon!! Thanks guys!!
