Many thanks to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for coming out ahead of schedule and diagnosing the problem and doing the short term fix. Even though there are additional repairs needed, we’re thankful that we’ll be able to fix the issues long term. Sawyer was very knowledgeable He immediately identified & recognized the problem He explained it & left to get the needed parts & returned within the hr. We were at our wits end because 2 times their former technicians couldn’t find the problem; it was very stressful to us He also gave us a proposal to look at to show how we could improve the water quality, which we will consider. Jarod was attentive, polite and professional. I am pleased with the service and will likely call them again in the future. I only gave 4 stars overall as the cost was a bit excessive.

Jeff Singleton helped out and was amazing gave us all of our options and was very thorough even late into the night ! Benjamin Franklin is lucky to have such a great technician! Was in an emergent situation that needed addressed as quickly as possible. Cody came out that morning and started the same day. I am so thankful for the job they done! I would recommend them any day!

I put a request in on Angi at 9;30 pm for a plumbing repair and Ben Franklin called me in less than 1 minute. They also came out the next day to assess the issue and the repair was done the day after that. Nick Ogline was awesome!! Very professional. He installed a water heater and was quick efficient, and took the mess and the old water heater with him. Always arrived on the early side of the time window. I felt the repair was a little pricey but I know the work was done well. I would definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again.

We’ve been customers for over 25 years, and we remain loyal customers because of the excellent service. The crew is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They are professional and take care of your property. We trust them implicitly and use them for all of our plumbing needs. Today we had Ryan and Jose, and they were fantastic.

Our entire experience with Benjamin Franklin was great from out reach to Don walking out the door. No complaints. Don was so nice to work with. He’s polite, professional, and helped us understand the issues we were dealing with. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and Don!

Experience was great. I love they sent a picture of the tech ahead of time. Dave and his helper was great. I truly felt he had my best interest in mind with the repairs
