When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. He was efficient, caring, and took time to explain the service policies. We were happy to see that he wore protective covers over his shoes.
