When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. He was efficient, caring, and took time to explain the service policies. We were happy to see that he wore protective covers over his shoes. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.
Jake was very efficient and explained what needed to be done clearly. He worked fast and was done within a reasonable amount of time. He was friendly and also helpful, even bringing boxes delivered to our house inside without being asked! Thank you Jake!

Amazing experience! Paul came out this weekend and did an incredible job! Not only did he diagnose the issues clearly and simply, but prepared the exact resolution plan we needed and quick! Then spent the whole day Saturday getting our bathrooms back in working order, a solid new water heater, and a soft water system to counteract the Florida sediment. Called on Sunday due to a leak. Very responsive. Nicholas came out and checked things and was in contact with his supervisor Tom who also came over. After much evaluation it was determined a pipe had broken under the foundation. They began repairs the very next day.
