She explained the plumbing issues thoroughly and made sure I understood what needed to be done before starting any work. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. I had Joe and Ben out at my house today and they did a fantastic job! They figured out my damp basement walls/downspout issue that no one else was able to figure out. They had no problem going into my creepy crawl space and didn’t give up until they figured the problem out. They were very kind, professional, knowledgable and explained things very well. I highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Tristin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the issues I had with my garbage disposal and my water heater. He knew right away what was wrong with the disposal. He looked at the hot water heater and identified the problem. We discussed options and due to its age and other issues. I decided to replace it. He answered all my questions and I chose the one that was best for me. He removed the old one and now I have a nice shiny new one. He had to make all the adjustments for the new one and it looks great. His work ethic is impeccable but more than that he was very kind. Thank you Tristan. Great job. Also had contact with Michelle at the office and she was excellent. Thank you Michelle! Impressed with the company and its employees.
Both sides of my kitchen sink was clogged. After trying plunging, baking soda & vinegar, and cleaning out the pipes under the sink with no success, a friend recommended Benjamin Franklin. I called & gave some information over the phone and Josh arrived within 2 hours. He was great. Very professional and polite, he explained everything and told me the payment options upfront and got my sink going again in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Josh!!
We have had 2 experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Once last week to diagnose the problem and this week to service our equipment. Each instance was with a different technician and each of them were great. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and straightforward. They came same day to diagnose and then we scheduled our service. Reasonable pricing compared to others we had looked into. So glad we chose this company.
