Benjamin Franklin plumbing and my tech was Eric Charon. First of all they were very fast to come out. Eric was awesome he helped me layout the whole hole tank and marked it because I had no clue where it was. Told me exactly what to expect and how it was going to be done. Eric was very friendly and professional in his time with me. Overall I am very pleased with the service and price. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Benjamin Franklin plumbing other than I know I found a company to help me out with plumbing. Definitely recommend this company!
Sam exceeded expectations when helping us assess and address a leak issue from our main bathroom to our neighbor’s condo unit. For the first visit Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to dispatch him within a few hours of calling and gave a 30 minute pre-arrival call. Sam was extremely polite and personable. He asked great questions to get to the root of the leak issue and investigated all avenues. He was willing to talk with my neighbor and share the overview and recommendation for next steps. He documented the assessment visit and the repair quote in a clear and detailed manner. When he returned for the repair work, he was able to check in the ceiling of our neighbor’s unit and worked well with the 3rd party contractors present to open the ceiling and gave recommendations on how to get to the root of the leak. Sam described his findings, thought process and next steps along the way so that I was always able to understand and trusted his work. I’m confident in the repair he made and any other recommendations he gave. I very much appreciate the thorough documentation of work, including pictures. I will definitely go with Sam and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for future plumbing work. From the scheduling experience all the way through the follow up documentations - I am impressed. Thank you!
We got our septic tank inspected and our technician, Eric was amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient in helping us understand how everything worked and was very obviously not fishing for money but was rather doing his best to save us money by telling us all the information on what we truly needed and what we can realistically wait on. WHEN we go back it will mostly be because of his service today.
