We have called numerous plumbers in hot springs to check out why we had water in the crawl space under our house. They all told us they couldn't find a problem. Benjamin Franklin came out and diagnosed the problem, which was sewage leaking underneath our house from the old cast iron pipes and replaced the entire pipe within 2 weeks of diagnosing it. We have been dealing with this for at least 2 years trying to find the problem. If you need a plumber please call these guys. They will show up and get the job done unlike most of the other companies in hot springs.
I needed a couple hose bibs replaced and I was very happy with the work and the price. Braden was very good at explaining everything and was very polite. Saved about 800 dollars going with them instead of another company that gave me a quote. I would highly recommend them.

Customer service and quality of work is clearly a requirement to be employed by Ben Franklin. We had multiple projects over the last couple weeks (since buying our new house) and from the beginning till the end every single technician, salesperson, project manager, dispatcher has been excellent.
